Information for Vendors
Greetings from WERU. You are receiving this letter because you have been a vendor at the WERU Full Circle Fair in the past and we are hoping you choose to join us again this summer on July 26 and 27. We have been working hard to plan this summer’s Fair and we are now ready to accept vendor applications.
We have enclosed a copy of our 2008 Full Circle Fair vendor application with this letter. Some details you need to know:
- The Fair hours are 10am to 9pm Saturday, July 26 and 10am to 6pm July 27.
- You may set up on Friday the 25th from 1pm to 7pm or Saturday the 26th from 6am to 9am. All food vendors must set up on Friday July 25th.
- All vendor vehicles need to be parked by 9am. If you choose to park in the fairgrounds, you will not be able to drive out during Fair hours. There will be vendor parking available outside the gates.
- While we try to limit similar vendors, we cannot guarantee that there will be only one vendor of similar type.
Please note that we have an early bird application deadline that allows you to register at a discounted rate if you get your application and payment in by May 2, 2008. Any applications postmarked after that date must pay the full registration fee.
Vendor admission packets will be mailed out the week of July 6, 2008.
